This retrofit panel system features 6063-T6 aluminum alloy sheets with a thickness of 2.5 mm, finished in weather-resistant PVDF coating (RAL 9006) for UV and corrosion durability. Each panel integrates vent slots (12 mm × 100 mm) distributed every 150 mm, offering a total open area of 15%. The sunshade fins extend 400 mm from the wall surface, forming an 80 mm dual cavity to enable passive airflow via stack effect. Bracket components are wind-load rated to 2.0 kN/m² as per ASTM E330 and ASCE 7-22 standards. The system includes bottom drainage channels for condensation control, supports up to 1.5 m/s natural convection airflow, and reduces façade surface temperatures by up to 18 °C. Designed for sealed environments such as cleanrooms, laboratories, and electronics factories, this modular kit installs within 6 hours per section with minimal disruption.
